3. Cancellation Policy

a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel a booked session before it has been accepted by the assigned astrologer or consultant.
  • Once the astrologer accepts or begins the consultation/chat/call, cancellations are no longer allowed.
  • If the session has not yet started, you can request cancellation through your account dashboard or by contacting us at santehealcare@gmail.com.

b. Company/Consultant-Initiated Cancellations

  • In rare cases where an astrologer or consultant cannot conduct the session due to unforeseen circumstances, your session may be canceled by GANPATI TRADING CO.
  • In such cases, the amount will be refunded to your wallet balance or original payment method, as applicable.

4. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  • The astrologer or consultant fails to initiate or attend the session after acceptance.
  • The service was paid for but not delivered due to a technical or internal issue on our platform.
  • Duplicate payments made accidentally for the same service.

b. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Once a chat, call, or consultation session has begun.
  • If a customer is dissatisfied with advice, predictions, or outcomes (as these are subjective and depend on interpretation).
  • If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete information that affects the consultation outcome.
  • For services that have already been fully rendered or used.

c. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed either:
    • Back to the original payment method, or
    • Credited to the customer’s Astrocures Wallet for future use.
  • Wallet refunds are typically processed instantly; refunds to payment gateways may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

d. Request Procedure

5. Wallet Refunds

If you use your Astrocures Wallet balance for a paid session:

  • The wallet amount is deducted only after the astrologer accepts your chat.
  • If the astrologer does not accept or respond, the amount will remain in your wallet and can be used for another session.
  • Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-withdrawable to a bank account but can be used exclusively for services on Astrocures.

6. Technical Issues

In the event of technical errors (such as disconnection, system failure, or incomplete chat session due to a server issue), our team will verify the situation and may issue:

  • A partial refund, or
  • A re-credit to your wallet, depending on the case.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute related to cancellations or refunds, the decision of Santeheal Wellness Pvt Ltd shall be final.
We strive to handle all refund requests fairly and transparently.
